Find the work your people shouldn't be doing. Automate it.
We map your processes, find where time and money actually go, and automate the work that doesn't need human judgment. Documents, workflows, system integrations: the back-office plumbing that no one celebrates but everyone notices when it's broken.
For operations leaders and CEOs whose teams are spending 30–50% of their time on repetitive, rule-based work.
You probably know this situation
You've hired smart people. They're now spending half their week on work a teenager could be trained to do in a week: copying data between systems, formatting reports, processing invoices, routing emails, updating spreadsheets that other spreadsheets depend on.
You know it's wasteful. You also know that fixing it is its own project, one that no one has time to lead, because everyone's busy doing the work that should have been automated three years ago. So it stays as it is. New hires get added not to grow the business, but to keep up with the load.
This is the loop we break.
Four capabilities. One goal: less manual work.
Process mining and mapping
We discover how work actually moves through your business, using system logs and short observation sessions. The map almost always surprises leadership. The bottlenecks aren't where you think they are.
Workflow automation
For the work that's worth automating: approvals, document routing, scheduled reports, cross-system synchronization, exception handling. Built on tools that fit your stack, not a custom monstrosity that breaks the next time someone updates their software.
System integration
The reason your CRM doesn't talk to your ERP is rarely technical. It's a missing layer. We build that layer (APIs, ETL pipelines, middleware) and it stops being a permanent friction tax on your team.
Document processing
Invoices, contracts, applications, PODs, statements. Extracted, classified, routed, filed. The paperwork clogging your back office becomes structured data flowing into the right system.
What it actually takes
Most engagements move from discovery to a running automation in under three months.
Discovery
1 weekWe sit with operations to understand which processes are most painful and which are most automatable. They're not always the same, so we help you pick.
Process mapping
2–3 weeksWe map the top 2–3 candidate processes end-to-end, find the actual bottlenecks (often surprising), and quantify the time and money involved.
Build and deploy
3–8 weeksWe build the automation, integrate with your systems, run it in parallel until it's proven, then switch over.
Measure and expand
OngoingWe track real savings against the baseline. When the math is convincing, we move to the next process.
Typical team on our side: 1 lead consultant, 2 engineers, occasional specialist. On your side: an operations lead and process owners for the workflows we're automating.
After a successful engagement
Your team stops doing the work that was eating their time. Not all of it. There's always exception handling, judgment calls, customer escalations. But the routine 80% goes through the system.
Headcount added to keep up with load
→ Headcount grows because the business grows, not because volume does.
Work that happened unevenly across people
→ The same process, every time, regardless of who's in the office.
Three AP staff on data entry full-time
→ 75% of invoices touchless; they handle exceptions and do real work.

Case study
Processing 1,200+ supplier invoices a month. Three accounts-payable staff spent most of their time matching invoices to POs and GRs, chasing missing references, and entering data into the ERP.
| Solution | Document-processing pipeline: PDF extraction (any format, any language), automatic PO/GR matching, exception flagging, ERP posting |
| Result | ~75% of invoices now process without human touch |

Common questions
How do you decide which processes are worth automating?
We look at two axes: how much time it consumes, and how rule-based it is. High-volume, low-judgment work is the sweet spot. We also factor in the cost and complexity of building the automation. Some quick wins pay back in weeks; others take longer. We'll give you a prioritized list after the mapping phase, with rough ROI estimates for each.
What happens to the people whose work gets automated?
In every engagement we've run, the answer has been: they do higher-value work. Not 'we reassign them,' but genuinely: the exception handling, the customer escalations, the analysis that was always deprioritized because there was data entry to do. We haven't seen a headcount reduction from automation at this scale; we've seen the same team do more.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
No. We build on top of what you have. The whole premise is that your CRM, ERP, and accounting tools stay in place. We add the layer that connects them and handles the work that currently falls between them.
What if our process has a lot of exceptions?
Most do. We don't try to automate the exceptions. We automate the 70–80% that's routine, and make the exceptions easier to handle. The system flags them, routes them to the right person, and provides the context they need. Exception-handling time drops significantly even if the exceptions themselves don't.
What does it cost?
Discovery and mapping are fixed-price (typically €4,000–8,000 depending on process complexity and team size). The build phase is scoped and priced once we know exactly what we're building. We'll give you a clear number before any development starts.
Tell us where your team's time is going.
We'll tell you which 2–3 processes are most worth automating first, and roughly what each one would take to fix. No deck. Straight answer in 30 minutes.
